What’s included in a Mats & Mimosas class?
All Mats & Mimosas classes include:
A 60-minute private workout hosted at your rental or a location of your choosing
Programming customized for your group depending on your preferences, desired intensity level and custom playlist
We provide all equipment including specialized mats and resistance bands.
Complimentary prosecco toast following the workout
We can also help decorate the space to bring your celebration to life at an added cost. Let us know in the booking form how we can enhance your experience!
Where do workouts happen?
Mats & Mimosas comes to you, whether that’s your home, a rental, or any location of your choosing in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area. When you book your class, we’ll ask where you’d like for the workout to happen. If it’s at your home or rental, we can help shift furniture to accommodate everyone’s yoga mat.
If you’re interested in hosting a Mats & Mimosas class outside of the GTA, let us know in the booking form or drop us a line at matsandmimosasca@gmail .com. Travel fees will apply.
How much does a class cost?
$50 per person with a $200 minimum per class. There is a non-refundable $100 deposit due at booking to secure your class date and time. This will go towards your final balance due, which will be charged to the credit card on file. This total will be based on the final expected headcount, which we’ll confirm one week prior to your booking.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No! We bring all necessary equipment, including mats, weights and booty bands.
Are Mats & Mimosas classes doable for all levels?
Yes! We customize the class based on your group preferences. Any relevant details should be added to booking form so we can properly address your needs.
